1. Replacement for Damaged Products
We strive to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition. However, in case of any damage during transit, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • You must provide a clear video of the product while unboxing. This video will serve as evidence of the damaged item.
  • Once the video is verified, the replacement process will take 6-7 business days.
  • returns are accepted within 3 days

2. Refund Policy for Order Cancellations
If you’ve placed an order but wish to cancel it, refunds will be initiated only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatching. approved refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Please note that once the product is dispatched, no refunds will be provided.

3. No Refund for Delivered Products
Once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds. However, if the product is damaged, you are eligible for a replacement as per our damaged product policy (with unboxing video).
