• You need to courier your items to our address for preservation. (Don't send through Tirupati, Trackon, or Skyking, as they don't have service in our area.)
• Before sending your items, please read our shipping instructions carefully.
• Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 working days. Custom orders may take upto 10-12 working days to ship. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4-8 working days.
• In-store pick-up from our studio is available when order status is updated to Ready to Pick-up
